Can I send and receive email directly from my Veteran10 address?

Yes. Your Veteran10 address is a fully functional email address with its own mailbox. You can send and receive email directly using your @veteran10.com address.

How do I access my Veteran10 email?

You can access your email through the Veteran10 webmail portal or configure your mailbox with compatible email applications on your computer, phone or tablet.

Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or other email applications?

Yes. Your Veteran10 mailbox can be configured with compatible email applications using standard email protocols. Setup instructions will be provided when your mailbox is activated.

What features are included with my mailbox?

Your mailbox includes everyday email features such as folders, contacts, calendar, spam and malware filtering, and other useful mailbox tools.

What types of Veteran10 names are available?

Veteran10 names generally fall into four categories:

How do I know if the name I want is available?

Why do some Veteran10 names cost more?

Every Veteran10 address includes the same core mailbox service. Pricing differences reflect the type, distinctiveness and availability of the name itself.

Personal names such as john.smith@veteran10.com far outnumber more unique names, such as professional designations, rank, community name, units or branches, etc.

Can I reserve a Veteran10 name?

Yes. If your preferred name appears available, you can submit a request to reserve and register it.

Your registration is complete once Veteran10 has confirmed the name and the applicable registration requirements have been completed.

What happens if the name I want is already registered?

Certain names may offer a wait-list option. If the name becomes available in the future, people on the wait list may be contacted according to Veteran10’s wait-list policies.

Can I register more than one Veteran10 address?

Yes. Subject to availability, eligibility and approval, you may register more than one Veteran10 address.

How do renewals work?

Veteran10 addresses are registered on an annual basis. Renewal information will be provided before your registration expires.

What happens if I don’t renew?
